Robert De Niro has yet again been vocal in his harsh criticism of Donald Trump . He referred to Trump as a Clown and a Dictator in New York in a press conference ahead of the trial of Donald Trump . The lawyers presented their final arguments in the case against Trump for falsified business records accounting to 34 felonies .The trail is at its end and their will be final verdict in some days and unanimous decision by the jury is needed to convict or acquit Donald Trump.
During the presentation of the closing arguments by Trumps lawyer , Biden Harris campaign was held outside Manhattan court featuring Actor Robert De Niro along with retired police officers Harry Dunn and Michael Fanone when there was a clash with Trump’s supporters . Robert De Niro called Trump a dictator who has the ambitions to destroy the world.
De Niro also said that during 2016 when Trump ran campaign it was a joke and remarked the only way to save humanity and freedom is to vote for Biden.
In response to the criticisms , Trumps spokesperson called De Niro as a “washed up actor”and did not pay much heed to his comments.

Earlier during the riots on Jan 6 2021 when Trump lost to Biden , De Niro accused Donald Trump of instigating the riots where mob stormed towards the capitol and the White House . Retired police officers Harry Dunn and Michael Fanone were injured in the riots by Republican supporters.
